1. Overview
Thank you for shopping at Pvagiant. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the services we provide. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our services.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Pvagiant. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Pvagiant, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Pvagiant’s Privacy Policy.
2. Refund
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of the date your product was delivered. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly to guide you through the process. Please include the following in your email:
– Your order number
– Reason for return or exchange
Please note that the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging including all tags.
3. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
